Bitget 10000NEXUSDT futures delisting: positions must be closed by October 30, 07:00 UTC

27 Oct 2026

TL;DR

Bitget will delist the 10000NEXUSDT perpetual futures contract on October 30, 2026 at 07:00 UTC, along with copy trading, futures bots and the unified trading account version. New positions are blocked from 04:00 UTC that day, and anything still open at 07:00 UTC will be settled and closed automatically.

Exchanges TradeReviewed News Desk

Bitget has announced that it will delist the 10000NEXUSDT futures contract, together with the related futures copy trading, futures bots and unified trading account services. The notice was published on the exchange’s support center on Tuesday, October 27, and gives traders roughly three days to wind down their exposure.

Bitget 10000NEXUSDT delisting timeline

According to Bitget, the schedule has two key moments, both on Friday, October 30, 2026:

The same 07:00 UTC cutoff applies to the 10000NEXUSDT contract inside Bitget’s unified trading account. Trading there will be terminated, open orders canceled, and leftover positions automatically settled.

What happens to bots and copy trading

Users running futures grid or other trading bots on the pair are asked to close the relevant orders in advance. Once the pair is removed, Bitget says it will suspend the publish and purchase features for those bots, automatically cancel any pending bot orders and return the assets to the user’s account. Historical bot data will remain visible. The exchange “strongly” recommends closing positions and canceling open orders before the deadline to avoid potential losses.

The announcement does not give a reason for the removal. Exchanges routinely prune low liquidity perpetual contracts, and Bitget published a similar notice for VELODROMEUSDT futures in recent days.

What it means for traders

If you hold 10000NEXUSDT perps on Bitget, the practical deadline is 04:00 UTC on October 30, not 07:00. After that you can only reduce exposure, and order books on contracts heading for delisting often get thin, which can mean wider spreads and more slippage on exit. A forced settlement at the cutoff also takes the timing of the close out of your hands. Bot users should stop strategies early rather than rely on the automatic cancellation.

Delistings are also a reminder to check how deep a market is before opening leveraged trades on small caps.
