What creditors can do
- Collect evidence: bank transfer confirmations, crypto deposit transaction IDs (TXID), account history exports and screenshots of balances and pending withdrawals.
- File your claim with the trustee by 27 October 2026. The bankruptcy is recognised across the EU under Regulation (EU) 2015/848, and the EU standard claim form (Article 55) can be used. The trustee notice is published in the Estonian official gazette.
- If you were harmed, you can also ask the Polish prosecutors for the status of injured party, citing file no. 1001-109.Ds.77.2022. This is a separate procedure and does not replace the claim in Estonia.
- Get independent legal advice if your claim is large or complex.
Beware of recovery scams
Victims of exchange collapses are targeted by “fund recovery” offers. Do not pay advance fees, do not share login data or wallet keys, and be wary of anyone who promises a specific amount or date. Only the trustee and the courts can distribute the bankruptcy estate.
