MiCA-licensed exchanges
If you live in the EU, an exchange with a MiCA authorisation is supervised by an EU regulator and can passport its licence to your country.
Short answer: based on the ESMA interim MiCA register, the highest-scoring MiCA-licensed exchanges in our data are Bybit, OKX, KuCoin. Ranked by our score unless stated otherwise; every figure links to its official source.

What to check before you deposit
- The licence on the official register (ESMA for MiCA) and which company you sign up with.
- Proof of reserves and whether customer assets are segregated.
- Deposit and withdrawal options in your currency (PLN, CZK, EUR, RON, HUF).
- Fees at the base tier, not promotional rates.
